Houston is for professional women who are questioning something happening at work and want to understand it before making a decision. You might work in law, engineering, technology, finance, healthcare, academia, consulting, or government. You don't need to know whether the problem is you, a relationship, your role, or the organization. That is part of what we look at together.
Sometimes it isn't only the workplace that has changed, but your life around it: caring for someone, children leaving home, money, health, or simply wanting different things than you did ten years ago. You might want more responsibility, more room for the rest of your life, or the authority and support to do your job well. You don't have to justify what matters to you now. That belongs in your story too.
Houston is not for emergencies, legal disputes, or clinical support. If one of those fits better, I'll say so plainly.

Houston is one private Workplace Read for one person. It sets out what happened, what your account supports and what is still uncertain, and helps you consider a next step without pushing you toward one. Sometimes that's a question to ask, a boundary to consider or information to gather, not a major decision today.
It does not rate your workplace or diagnose your organization, and you won't receive a numeric score. If you share your LinkedIn profile, I may read it to make your Read more accurate. Your story is used to prepare your private Workplace Read. It will not be used for research or to improve XRAY unless you separately agree.
With your separate permission, I may include your experience alongside others after removing identifying details and assessing whether you could still be recognized. Removing names alone does not guarantee anonymity. If the risk remains too high, I won't include it.
Over time, I hope to identify recurring workplace patterns that may help inform organizations, women's advocates and policymakers. Individual stories will not be shared as research findings without further permission.
Saying no has no effect on your Workplace Read. If another form of support would fit better, legal, union, clinical, or otherwise, I'll say so plainly. This page sells only Houston.

Since 2011, when I commissioned my first study, I've been listening to women talk about work: at conferences and trade shows, in interviews, in their speeches, LinkedIn posts and comments, and across hundreds of global reports going back twenty years.
AI now helps me work through global research on women at work, women in leadership, AI adoption and women's health, alongside frameworks from experts, books I've studied, conference learning, my own studies, and thousands of LinkedIn posts and comments. It helps me compare findings and look for clusters, recurring language and patterns across sources. Work that could once take months or years can now be explored in weeks or months. I still check the underlying evidence: a recurring pattern is a question worth examining, not proof about any individual woman.
What I kept noticing was that the business stories were rarely the hard part. The speeches and conversations were full of something more personal: the battles women face as individuals and together, and the support they give one another to get through them. Most women I heard had the work itself covered. What they carried was everything around it.

Your story only goes as far as you choose. First, it stays private: I read it, with the AI tools that help me prepare your Read, and it never goes to your employer. If you separately agree, I remove your name and identifying details, check whether you could still be recognized, and look at your experience alongside other women's to find the patterns many women face. Those combined patterns, not your story, can then help advocates, organizations and lawmakers working to change how workplaces treat women. Your individual story never goes further without your permission.
Yes. You decide whether to share your Read, and with whom. A trusted mentor, sponsor, manager or other ally might help you check an assumption or clarify a next step. Think about removing names or sensitive details before sharing. Houston won't send your Read to anyone on your behalf.
